The Journal of the Association of Psychiatrists in Nigeria (JAPN) is a peer‑reviewed journal that publishes original and high‑quality papers from academics, clinicians, and researchers in psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, and related mental health disciplines.

JAPN addresses advances in psychiatric theories, clinical practice, brain science, mental health innovations, and interdisciplinary approaches. It also features reports of new treatments, technological applications, and professional experiences. Our aim is to bridge the gap between research and practical mental health care.
